Happy Tucker orders are ‘fulfilled by Amazon’ (FBA). This means we bring you fast shipping on all of our items provided by a world-class shipping & logistics provider. Once you make an order on the site it is passed through to Amazon and your order is fulfilled in real-time.
We charge a flat rate of $5 for all orders under $50. For orders over $50, shipping is free.
Refund Policy
Considering that most of our items are food and grocery items, we will not be able to refund or exchange for a ‘change of mind’. Any damaged items are subject to an exchange. We use Amazon fulfilment and Amazon has world-class customer service. For any issues related to shipping or product defects, please get in touch with us and provide us with photos and we will do our best to replace or refund the item.
